Fragrance is personal, and expectations can vary. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us before taking further action. We'll review your situation and work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution — whether that's store credit, an exchange, or something else that makes sense.
Returns & Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products:
Samples & Travel Sprays
Decanted samples and travel sprays are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once shipped. These items are custom-prepared for individual orders and cannot be resold.
Full-Size Bottles
Unopened, full-size retail bottles may be eligible for return within 60 days of delivery, provided they:
- Are factory sealed and unused
- Are in original condition and packaging
- Receive prior approval from our support team
Approved returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Incorrect, Lost, or Stolen Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and make it right.
For orders marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen, we will conduct a brief review before determining the appropriate resolution.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so cancellations can only be accommodated before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Our satisfaction guarantee is designed to be fair to all customers. While we're happy to help, we reserve the right to limit assistance or deny claims in cases of excessive requests, abuse of the policy, or suspected misuse.
