There's a booziness to it that's rich and warm without smelling like you spilled a drink on yourself. The rum note here is done masterfully — it's sweet, slightly spicy, and immediately captivating.
As it develops, the tobacco leaf becomes more pronounced and gives it this sophisticated, slightly smoky character. The vanilla weaves through everything like a golden thread, tying the boozy and smoky elements together into something that smells cohesive and expensive. There's also a subtle hedione note that adds a touch of brightness so the whole thing doesn't become too dark.
